You'll learn to make comments about speaking languages and use the conventional words when either offering or receiving food and drink; to thank the visitors for coming and express wishes for a safe journey and a possible future meeting.

This program is for use by switchboard staff or personal assistants enabling them to cope efficiently with the predictable situations which arise when dealing with incoming and outgoing international calls; to find out callers’ names and put them though to others, to ask if messages can be taken or if people should ring back or fax or E-mail complicated information; to give information on peoples' contact availability.
