1. BLS cannot be held responsible for events outside its control. In particular we cannot accept responsibility for the inadequacy or malfunction of customer's hardware or software or any conditions on the Internet which delay program scheduling or program downloads. We shall however always seek to find mutually agreeable alternative times /dates for any delayed programs.

2. BLS guarantees to refund on request, without any time limit, or any question the total cost of any Self Study Option program. No refund will exceed the amount originally paid by the client

3. Payments for Tutor Option One and Two programs are non-refundable and non-transferable to other trainees once a program has been booked. Under no circumstances will any refund exceed the cost of the program received by ourselves.

3. BLS will endeavor to reschedule any Live Tutor Option programs canceled by customers more than 2 weeks before the scheduled date. Such rescheduling will be carried out at the option of BLS in accordance with the availability of tutors and will be subject to a 15 US Dollar additional charge.

4. BLS reserves the right to amend details in this website and these Terms and Conditions with or without notice.
